Our Basque-style burnt cheesecake, made with just cream cheese, cream, eggs, sugar and a little corn starch. It bakes hot, so the outside caramelizes dark while the center stays soft and creamy.
No crust and no flour, so it's gluten-free by recipe. Made without nuts.
