At Dän Bakery & Café, we prioritize the integrity of our artisanal process. Our name, dän, means seed in the Kazakh language, and just as we grow our breads with intention and care, we protect the quality of our products with the same discipline.
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
Freshness is our rule, not a claim. Because our products are perishable and created through a time-intensive, artisanal baking process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once they have been purchased or picked up.
2. NO CANCELLATIONS
Our doughs require specific fermentation schedules and are committed to your order at the moment of purchase. For this reason, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests once an order is placed via danbakery.us or our partner platforms.
3. ABANDONED PICKUPS
Items are baked fresh daily to ensure peak flavor and structure. To maintain our high standards, please note the following:
- Orders must be picked up during business hours on the scheduled date.
- Orders not collected by closing time will be forfeited.
- We do not sell "day-old" products, and no refunds or store credits will be issued for orders that are not picked up.
4. ORDER ACCURACY & QUALITY
We strive for craftsmanship that is dependable and consistent:
- In-Person: Please verify your order at the counter. We will rectify any accuracy errors immediately on-site.
- Quality Concerns: If you identify a significant defect, please notify us within 2 hours of pickup at info@danbakery.us. As our products contain no artificial preservatives, we are not responsible for items stored improperly after leaving the bakery.
5. ALLERGEN NOTICE
While we maintain a disciplined and clean kitchen environment, we handle wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for those with severe sensitivities.
