Raspberry Jam Turnover

Buttery laminated croissant dough folded around our own raspberry jam, cooked in house from raspberries, sugar and a squeeze of lemon.

Brushed with egg yolk and baked until flaky and golden, with a bright, tart-sweet center. Made without nuts.

Allergens. Contains: milk, eggs, wheat. Prepared in a shared kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and sesame, so cross-contact is possible.
