Potato Burek

Thin sheets of yufka pastry, brushed with a savory mix of egg, milk, yogurt and oil, wrapped around potato and fried onion seasoned with paprika, red pepper flakes, cumin and black pepper.

Baked until golden and crisp at the edges, soft and warm inside. A filling snack or light lunch. Made without nuts.
